Industry Training Authority (ITA) provides the guidelines and paths for workers to become certified or better trained. Workers who have gained experience in their fields from outside Canada, their qualifications are assessed by ITA to determine their experience and knowledge on Canadian Standards, it is our normal practice to have these assessments done of all our team members to provide the best trades men for your construction projects.

We strictly follow the highest standard of site safety procedures including an onsite Supervisor on each site who  ensures all the safety practices are adhered to in addition to work being done.  We also conduct and maintain ongoing training for our workers so that they can, perform tasks safely, operate machines and equipment safely and ensure the safety of others around them. Our training and guidelines are made under the light of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Regulation and Part 3 of the Workers Compensation Act. It is mandatory for all the workers to go through the training and if needed, acquire a certificate.
